What one case actually is

24 preforms

24 caps

1 case of 500 ml

₹810

on dispatch

You tell Bottle Prime this once, when you add the product. From then on, a 120-case run takes 2,914 preforms and 2,914 caps out of stock on its own. Nobody multiplies anything.

Business visibility

Know what’s happening across your plant.

The home screen answers the five questions every owner asks first thing in the morning, from posted entries rather than a figure someone typed in.

What did we produce today?

Cases and bottles from today’s posted runs, at the top of the screen.

Who owes us, and whom do we owe?

Customer outstanding and vendor payable, live from posted entries.

Sample data

What needs my attention?

Low stock, pending dispatches and overdue payments, raised at the bell for you.

What did we sell, and what came in?

Billed and collected, side by side, so the gap is visible at a glance.

Can tomorrow’s run happen?

Cases each product could still make from the materials in stock.

What it covers

The whole operation, not one corner of it.

Bottle Prime isn’t a stock app with sales bolted on. Each area below is a first-class part of the product, and they share the same records.

See every feature in detail

Purchases & vendors

Every bill you enter updates raw material stock and what you owe the vendor in the same step.

  • Bill number, vendor, rate, quantity
  • Vendor payable balance
  • Purchase history per material

Production

Record cases produced along with rejected empties and rejected capped bottles. Materials are consumed for you.

  • Cases + loose accepted bottles
  • Automatic bottle and cap consumption
  • Rejections recorded, not hidden

Inventory

Raw material stock and finished cases in one place, with a low-stock threshold you set per item.

  • Material stock by unit
  • Finished cases by product
  • Low-stock flags

Sales & dispatch

Create a sale now and dispatch later. Finished stock only moves when the goods actually leave.

  • Pending vs dispatched
  • Multi-product line items
  • Invoice numbering with your own prefix

Payments

Customer collections and vendor payments, by cash, UPI, bank transfer or cheque, against the right party.

  • Collections and payments in one ledger
  • Outstanding per customer
  • Payable per vendor

Reports

Production, purchases, sales, collections and outstanding for today, this week or this month.

  • Range summaries
  • Seven-day trend, top customers and products
  • CSV export of the ledgers

Built for water plants

Software that follows the way your plant actually works.

General accounting software can record that you bought something and sold something. It doesn’t understand preforms, caps, cases, runs or dispatch, so somebody in your office ends up keeping the real picture in a notebook.

It knows a case isn’t a bottle

Products carry their bottles-per-case (24 for a 500 ml case, 12 for a litre, 1 for a 20 L jar), so production and dispatch speak in the unit your staff actually use.

It knows a run consumes preforms and caps

Record 120 cases of 500 ml and the matching bottles and caps leave raw material stock. You don’t compute it, and you can’t forget it.

It knows rejections happen

Rejected empty bottles and rejected capped bottles are recorded separately from accepted output, so your yield is honest rather than flattering.

It knows dispatch is a separate event

A sale raised in the office and goods leaving the gate are two moments. Bottle Prime keeps them apart, and only moves stock at the second one.

Team access

Who can do what, at a glance.

Anything outside a person’s role simply isn’t shown to them. The server enforces the same grid, so it holds no matter what the device does.

Control & security

Your business data stays separated and protected.

This is how the product is built, not a policy statement. Where it matters most, who can post a transaction and whose records they touch, the rule is enforced on the server, so it holds regardless of what any device does.

One organisation, one set of records

Scoped to your organisation at the database, not just in the app.

Access decided by role

A Gate user is never shown billing or team management.

Controlled transaction workflows

Repeated submissions of the same entry don’t create duplicates.

Reporting

Numbers you can act on.

Reports are built from posted transactions only. Cancelled sales and reversed payments are excluded, so the figure in a report matches the figure on the dashboard and the figure in the export.

  • Production, purchases, sales, collections and outstanding for today, the week or the month
  • A seven-day sales trend, with cases produced and collections alongside it
  • Top customers and top products over the last thirty days
  • Low-stock materials listed by name, not just counted
  • CSV export of sales, purchases and payments for the selected range
