Product

Everything a packaged-water plant has to keep track of.

Five areas, one set of records. Below is what each one actually does, not a list of adjectives.

Operations

The daily run, recorded once.

Purchases, production, sales and inventory are one chain, not four separate registers. Recording a step updates everything downstream of it.

Why it matters. You stop reconciling a purchase book against a production register against a stock count. There’s one set of numbers.
Purchases
Enter a vendor bill with its line items and payment, if any. Raw material stock goes up and the vendor’s payable goes up together.
Production
Record cases produced, loose accepted bottles, and rejected empty and capped bottles. The app works out the bottles and caps consumed from the product’s bottles-per-case.
Sales
Build a sale from your products at your rates, record anything received at the time, and dispatch immediately or later.
Inventory
Raw material stock in its own unit (pieces, rolls, litres) and finished cases per product, with the low-stock threshold you set.

Finance

Know what is owed, both ways.

Collections from customers and payments to vendors sit in one payments centre, each posted against a party and a method.

Why it matters. Before the next dispatch you can see what that customer already owes you. Before paying a vendor you can see the running payable.
Customer collections
Record what came in, by cash, UPI, bank transfer, cheque or other, against the customer it belongs to.
Vendor payments
Record what went out the same way, so the payable reflects reality rather than memory.
Outstanding balances
A live outstanding figure per customer and a payable per vendor, derived from posted transactions rather than typed in by hand.
Reversals, not deletions
A payment entered in error is reversed. The reversal stays in the history, so the ledger still explains itself months later.

Business records

Your masters, kept properly.

Customers, vendors, products, materials and units are set up once and reused everywhere, so a name is spelled the same way in every record.

Why it matters. New staff can record a sale correctly on day one because the choices are already there.
Customers & vendors
Names, phone numbers, balances and full transaction history in one place.
Products
250 ml through 20 L jars, each with its bottles-per-case, its bottle and cap material, and a default selling rate.
Materials
Preforms, caps, labels, shrink film, cartons and raw water, each with its own unit and low-stock threshold.
Factories & units
Run more than one unit under the same organisation, each with its own code and address.

Control

Who can do what, decided by you.

Three roles cover how a plant actually runs: Owner, Manager and Gate. Each sees only the screens their role is meant to use.

Why it matters. A gate operator can confirm what leaves the plant without seeing your billing, your team or your margins.
Owner
Everything, including billing, team management, organisation settings and cancellations.
Manager
Full daily operations: purchases, production, sales, payments, master data and reports. Not billing, and not team changes.
Gate
A deliberately narrow role: view the dashboard, sales and stock. Nothing else is even shown.
Activity history
Cancellations and reversals are recorded with who did them, so a corrected entry can be explained.

Insights

Enough to decide with.

A dashboard for today and reports for the period. Numbers come from posted transactions only, so cancelled sales and reversed payments are excluded.

Why it matters. The figure on the dashboard is the same figure in the report and the same figure in the export.
Today’s dashboard
Cases produced, bottles packed, sales, collections, money to collect and money to pay, plus what you can produce tomorrow from current stock.
Period reports
Today, this week or this month across production, purchases, sales, collections, outstanding and low stock.
Trends and rankings
A seven-day sales trend, top customers and top products over thirty days, on the Growth and Pro plans.
CSV export
Sales, purchases and payments exported for the selected range, including cancelled and reversed records with their status.

See it against your own operation.

Tell us your pack sizes, your team size and how you record things today, and we will walk you through the same screens with your numbers in mind.
